1. Introduction

Welcome to REX. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the REX website, platform, services, tools, and related features collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. About REX

REX is a real estate platform that allows users to browse, search, publish, and manage property listings, including apartments, houses, new developments, commercial properties, and related real estate information.

REX may provide tools for property search, listing publication, real estate analysis, neighborhood information, and communication between users, owners, agents, developers, or other participants.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, REX does not act as a real estate broker, agent, legal adviser, financial adviser, or party to any transaction between users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
  • the information you provide is accurate and current;
  • your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the Platform may require account registration.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

  • share your account with unauthorized persons;
  • create an account using false or misleading information;

  • attempt to bypass security or verification measures.

REX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Platform, users, or third parties.

5. Property Listings

Users may be allowed to create and publish property listings on the Platform.

When posting a listing, you agree that all information you provide must be accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

A property listing may include:

  • property title;
  • description;
  • price;
  • location;
  • property type;
  • area and room details;
  • images;
  • contact information;
  • ownership or developer information;
  • additional property characteristics.

You are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing you publish.

6. Listing Requirements

When publishing a property listing, you agree to:

  • provide real and relevant property information;
  • upload authentic photos of the property or project;
  • indicate the correct price and conditions;
  • select the correct property type and category;
  • avoid duplicate or misleading listings;
  • update or remove listings that are no longer available;
  • comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and moderation rules.

REX reserves the right to review, edit, reject, hide, or remove any listing that violates these Terms, platform policies, or applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Listings and Content

You may not publish listings or content that:

  • contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • use fake, stolen, or irrelevant images;
  • advertise properties without proper authorization;
  • violate the rights of owners, developers, agents, or third parties;
  • contain offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or harmful content;
  • duplicate existing listings without a valid reason;
  • include spam, scams, phishing, or unauthorized advertising;
  • violate any applicable law or regulation.

REX may remove such content without prior notice.

8. Moderation

REX may review listings before or after publication.

Moderation may include checking:

  • completeness of listing information;
  • image quality and relevance;
  • suspicious or misleading content;
  • duplicate listings;
  • compliance with platform rules;
  • user reports or complaints.

Approval of a listing does not guarantee that the property information is legally verified, complete, or free from risk. Users are responsible for independently verifying all property details before making any decision.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and lawfully.

You are responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the information you provide;
  • your communication with other users;
  • checking property details before any transaction;
  • complying with applicable laws;
  • protecting your account credentials;
  • respecting the rights of other users and third parties.

You should not rely solely on information displayed on the Platform when making legal, financial, or investment decisions.

10. Communication Between Users

The Platform may allow users to contact owners, agents, developers, or other representatives.

REX is not responsible for:

  • the behavior of users outside the Platform;
  • agreements made between users;
  • payments, deposits, or transactions between users;
  • the accuracy of information provided by third parties;
  • disputes arising from communication or transactions between users.

Users should exercise caution and independently verify information before making payments, signing documents, or entering into agreements.

11. Property Verification

REX may provide guides, recommendations, or informational materials related to property verification, documents, ownership, risks, or market analysis.

Such materials are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

Users are encouraged to consult qualified professionals before purchasing, renting, investing in, or otherwise transacting with any property.

12. Fees and Paid Services

Some features of the Platform may be free, while others may require payment.

Paid services may include, but are not limited to:

  • promoted listings;
  • premium placement;
  • advertising services;
  • developer packages;
  • analytics tools;
  • additional listing features.

If paid services are introduced, the applicable fees, terms, and payment conditions will be displayed before purchase.

Payments are subject to the terms of the payment provider and any additional terms shown at the time of purchase.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, design, interface elements, logos, trademarks, software, text, graphics, and other materials on the Platform are owned by REX or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission from REX.

By uploading content to the Platform, including listing images and descriptions, you grant REX a non-exclusive right to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

14. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may include content, listings, links, or services provided by third parties.

REX does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or actions.

Your interaction with third parties is solely between you and the relevant third party.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These documents explain how REX collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data and how cookies and similar technologies are used.

By using the Platform, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with the applicable privacy documents.

16. Availability of the Platform

REX aims to keep the Platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • maintenance;
  • technical issues;
  • updates;
  • security reasons;
  • external service interruptions;
  • events beyond our control.

17. Limitation of Liability

Users are responsible for verifying property information and obtaining professional advice where necessary.

18. No Guarantee of Transactions

REX does not guarantee that:

  • any listing will result in a sale, rent, or transaction;
  • any property information is fully verified;
  • any owner, agent, developer, or user is trustworthy;
  • any property is legally clean or free from risk;
  • any price reflects the actual market value.

The Platform is a tool for discovery, communication, and information. Final decisions are made by users at their own responsibility.

19. Account Suspension and Termination

REX may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • you publish false or misleading information;
  • you misuse the Platform;
  • your activity creates risk for other users or REX;
  • required by law or competent authority.

You may also stop using the Platform at any time.

20. Changes to These Terms

REX may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on the Platform with a new “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published means that you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and procedures of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
